Server Info

Home-based ADSL connection (copper-wire). Theoretically, unlimited 3 mbps (download) and 1 mbps (upload) from server side. Practically around 284 kbps, or lower (download speed to your computer). Physically located around HERE. Low traffic ~ Monday to Friday (9am-6pm & 11pm-8am SGT). Internet protocol (IP or address) is NOT fixed = dynamic IP is dictated by ISP. This site is monitor (ping) every 15 minutes for IP change. Turn around time ~ 2-3 hours. X2 one TB Seagate Barracuda HDD (RAID 1 mirroring) = auto direct-clown backup. NASS - QNAP TS-209 Pro. Linux embedded. Sleep mode: 14.8W In operation: 29.3W Status -

User Info

Each user is given 50 GB of usage. http (browser), ftp (browser), ftp client & all file types enabled for up/download. Multimedia & Download Stations will be enabled at a later stage. If offlined (turned RED), IP is likely changed by ISP, DDNS or power failure. Users use this service at their own risks, and at their own expenses. Home Server does NOT warranty or guarantee anything here. Server may shut down due to testing, maintanence, power failure & without notice to users.
